Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

• United States: 5–12 business days

• Canada: 7–15 business days

• United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

• Europe: 7–15 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

• Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order — it's already built into our prices, so there's no minimum order amount and no shipping fees at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after your order has been dispatched.
